Dina Nesheiwat graduated with honors from Stetson University and earned her juris doctorate, cum laude, from Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami. She then went on to earn her master’s from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, focusing on criminal and constitutional law.
Ms. Nesheiwat began working with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office in the Crimes Against Children and Homicide Divisions and then went on to work with the Law Offices of Brinkley and Morgan in Florida, before joining Tacopina & Seigel.
Ms. Nesheiwat is admitted to the New York, Florida, Washington D.C. and Tennessee state bars, and the United States Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is also a member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers and Phi Delta Phi National Legal Honors Fraternity. Ms. Nesheiwat was selected by Super Lawyers as a ‘Rising Stars’ attorney in 2016, 2017 and again in 2018, an honor given to less than 2.5 percent of attorneys who exhibit excellence in practice.
